Minefield Dancer Production
   Minefield Dancer Studios
Minefield Dancer Studios (not to be confused with Minefield Dancer Productions), is a comic and animation studio which focuses heavily on a multiverse called MFDU, created by Tiffany Groff. Though most of the stories are set in the same universe, they may or may not at any point actually interact with each other. They simply are not contradictory to one another. The stories have been carefully planned out, and  are still currently in development.

Amaranth ("immortal") Restovie is Visessentia's dedicated, late husband. He died on Tapetrum in 1460, defending himself and his wife from Mendax's guards.
Current Project

Minefield Dancer is currently working on a story centered around Visessentia and her homeworld, Tapetrum and its history.
Tapetrum is an upper dimension inhabited by humans and super-humans-- namely, a specific breed of supers known as Alter-Beings. These ultra-powerful humans are known for the telekinetic abilities and wolfen forms, as well as many other powers.
Visessentia (Latin meaning "the essence of power") Amare ("love") Restovie is a human and Alter-Being hybrid originally from Tapetrum, who moved to Earth after a series of traumatic incidences. She is a highly skilled and talented individual, and is accredited for being the most powerful empath not only on Earth, but on her homeworld, as well. She currently resides in Saint Raphael, Washington with her animals, including service dog, Quies (Latin for "peace" or "rest"). She works occasionally as a vigilante, but mostly keeps a quiet existence.
Since law reform, Earth has become home to several vigilante teams, including The Elements, The Children of the Vigilantes, and The Unnamed Supers, as well as many individual, unregistered masked heroes and anti-heroes.
                                                                                                   Tapetrum

Tapetrum (tap-e-trum) is a name given to both the 14th. upper dimension, and the life-sustaining planet within it. It was discovered in Biblical history some time after Noah's flood by one of the earliest Alter-Beings, Lord Mendax. Though found to be livable upon discovery, everything alive on Tapetrum came from Earth, as no lifeforms existed there prior to its discovery. It is a very cold and wet planet, containing about 30% more water than Earth. Though, a great deal of that water is held in the frozen poles of the planet, which extend much farther out towards the equator than the poles of Earth.

Dogs

Animals are a highly valued resource on Tapetrum, dogs and horses being the most commonly used. Dogs are used for everything from companionship, to guarding, and every canine job imaginable. Most dog breeds which exist on Earth also exist on Tapetrum, with some notable additions. One being the Umbraater Shepherd Dog, the Rule dog (national dog) of Libera Terra. Umbraaters are known for their high versatility, superior guarding abilities, and firm loyalty.

Legion Super Database

The Legion of Supers Database (LSD), is an Earth-based, non-disclosure, privately run facility which keeps records of vigilantes who willingly give their information to the organization. It is run by anonymous vigilantes, and is used to aid in protection, legal representation, and medical care of masked heroes without forcing them into any obligation. It is a popular alternative to government registration, which was previously the only legal way superheroes could operate.
Pictured above are some of the children of Mendax. There are twenty-one siblings in total, all being Alter-Being or Alter-Being hybrids. Their abilities rage from matter manipulation, to the Siren's Song (hypnotic voices), but they all share most basic Alter-Being powers, including wolf forms and telekinesis in varying degrees.

As children of Mendax, the largest portion of them have remained loyal to their father. A few have taken political stance against him, including the eldest, Tenebris, and second youngest, Visessentia, and as a result, have been disowned. There remains a few who are neutral on the subject, and out of the conflict.
